Hydrocotyle verticillata

Description:
Glabrous perennial with underground stolons and creeping stems rooting at the nodes. One of the eighteen species of Pennywort growing in South Australia.

Flowering:
November to April.

Threats:
As with most small plants that grow in damp places it is generally overgrown by something such as kikuyu grass.

Management:
Control more vigorous species.
