Flowering occurs from September through to January. 

Its only threat would be by more vigorous plants overgrowing it.

Easily grown from seed. This plant is not long-lived and therefore needs to be able to build up a seed supply in the soil and then receive enough events to keep it growing. A beautiful addition to any garden.
