I think this is variety 3a as described in Flora of South Australia.

Flowering occurs from August through to December. 

These only seed at Wirrapunga if hand pollinated. Apparently they have lost their local natural pollinator. Easily overgrown by more vigorous species.

Reasonably easy to establish from seed. Needs pollinating.
