Description:
Tufted culms without basal leaves. Easily distinguished by having only 1 to 4 spikelets per inflorescence.

Flowering:
Flowers October to January.

Threats:
Becoming very hard to find.

Management:
A very slow growing grass. Difficult to germinate seeds.
