Alternanthera denticulata

Description:
The books say this is an annual herb. However, given a continuously damp situation it grows as a perennial developing a large taproot which can then carry it through drier times. Now an uncommon species it grows as prostrate or erect to 75 cm tall.

Flowering:
Flowers December to April but continues while damp enough.

Threats:
Seems to do well in a moist situations.

Management:
Doesn't seem to need any special attention once established.
